1 Eligibility

To register and use gpanalo, you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies to all users regardless of location within the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.

gpanalo is intended exclusively for users in the Philippines. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you are responsible for ensuring your compliance with local laws. gpanalo does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where the platform's services are unlawful.

Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems are not permitted to register accounts. Each registration must correspond to a real, individual person who will be the sole user of the account.

2 Account Registration

Each person may register only one account on gpanalo. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same identity or different ones — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. gpanalo reserves the right to request documentation to verify the information you provide as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification may be required before withdrawals can be processed or higher deposit limits can be applied.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact gpanalo support immediately through the in-app chat or by email at [email protected].

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on gpanalo are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Philippine payment channels — including local bank transfers, Philippine online and mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed in the payment section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified under the same identity as your gpanalo account. gpanalo reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before releasing withdrawal amounts, particularly for large or unusual requests. Standard processing times apply; these are shown in the cashier section of your account.

Funds deposited into your gpanalo account are not interest-bearing. gpanalo does not accept deposits from third parties or payment sources that are not registered to the account holder.

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on gpanalo are binding once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet ID has been generated, the wager cannot be cancelled by the player except where explicitly permitted by the platform within a specific timeframe shown in the betslip.

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. For sports markets, gpanalo uses official governing body results as the basis for settlement. In cases of dispute, gpanalo's determination of the result is final.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the conditions for settlement have been met (as defined in the sport-specific rules), affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. The specific conditions are detailed in the rules for each sport category within the platform.

gpanalo reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — including pricing errors caused by system faults or data feed failures. In such cases, affected players will be notified and stakes will be returned.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers on gpanalo are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms include eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and validity periods.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable real money. Players are expected to review and understand the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

gpanalo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus obtained through exploitation of a system error, promotional abuse, or violation of these terms may be voided and associated winnings forfeited. The platform determines what constitutes promotional abuse, and this determination is final.

Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise specified by the terms of a particular promotion. Combining incompatible offers is not permitted.

6 Responsible Gaming

gpanalo is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time controls through their account settings. These tools are available to all registered users at any time.

Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to suspend their account temporarily or indefinitely. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed promptly, and during any active exclusion period, the affected account will not be accessible for gaming or wagering.

gpanalo does not guarantee profits, predict outcomes, or encourage players to bet beyond their personal budget. Online gaming is entertainment, not a financial strategy. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on gpanalo:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any identity check process.
• Engaging in any activity that gpanalo reasonably determines to be fraud, money laundering, or a breach of applicable laws.
• Attempting to access another player's account or using credentials that are not your own.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person or accepting instructions from a third party on how to bet.

Any account found to be involved in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Balances associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation. gpanalo reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

gpanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, inactivity, or behaviour that is harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be held pending review. If funds are determined to be legitimately earned and the account holder is found not to have acted in bad faith, available balances will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding wagers will be settled according to standard rules, and the remaining real-money balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

9 Limitation of Liability

gpanalo provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

gpanalo is not liable for losses arising from: platform unavailability due to technical maintenance or unforeseeable outages; third-party payment processing delays; events of force majeure; or any decision made by the player in the course of gaming activity. Players accept that online gaming involves risk, and that financial losses are a possible outcome of participation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gpanalo's total liability to any individual player will not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the preceding 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Changes to These Terms

gpanalo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform — either via in-app notification, email, or a prominent notice upon login. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the gpanalo platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may request account closure before the updated terms take effect.
